The Challenge
A group of physician managers sought to better interpret the patient satisfaction data presented by the analysis team each month. A disconnect existed between how data was delivered and how it was applied to hospital decision-making, creating challenges in using insights effectively.
To address this, the management team requested training on data analysis to improve their understanding of how patient satisfaction metrics are collected and assessed.
